How It Works

Bring along any houseplants, rooted cuttings, or propagations you’d like to swap.

Label your plants with your name, their name and care tips if possible. We'll have labels for you if necessary.

Place your plants on the swap table and browse for something new to take home.

If you have extras you’d like to give away, pop them on the Free Plant Table for anyone to take.
Rules & Guidelines

Plants must be healthy, pest-free, and in good condition

Rooted cuttings preferred (unrooted cuttings are okay if clearly labelled)

No plants potted in outdoor soil please

We recommend you bring between 4 & 10 plants or cuttings per person

Bring a bag or box for your new plants
FAQ
Do I have to bring plants to come along?
No! You’re welcome to come along, enjoy the event, and pick up a plant from the Free Table if available.
What kind of plants can I bring?
Houseplants of all types, rooted cuttings, and propagations are welcome. Please make sure they are healthy and labelled.
Do I need to label my plants?
Yes, please include your name, the name of the plant and basic care tips if you can. We'll have extra labels available if you need them when you arrive.
How many plants should I bring?
We recommend that you bring between 4 & 10 per person to keep things fair. But it's up to you, just remember you need to be able to carry them!
What if I have extra plants to give away?
We’ll have a Free Plant Table where you can leave any giveaways for others to enjoy.
