Get into the flow with modern calligraphy workshops run by Corrine from Inky Nib Calligraphy.

Learning modern calligraphy is a brilliant skill to master; not only is it a beautiful art form, but it’s a very mindful activity and encourages you to slow down and focus on the here and now.

 

Corrine runs regular calligraphy workshops, with the option to learn with dip pen and ink or brush pens (as well as some limited edition seasonal workshops!)

During either workshop we'll begin by setting up your pen and getting comfortable with making shapes before learning how to write in modern calligraphy style.  When you are happy forming letters and words, you will have the opportunity to complete a finished piece to take home with you. 

​

Your workshop cost includes your starter kit to use at the workshop and take home with you to continue practising at home.  All of the materials provided are the quality as Corrine uses on a day to day basis.  Light refreshments will also be provided.

 

Tickets typically cost for £45 and spaces are limited. 

​

As you will be working with ink, it's recommended that you wear dark colours to your workshop.

 

Please note the workshop space is on the first floor and only accessible via stairs.
